CorroHealth Invests in Santechture to Boost RCM Innovation in the GCC
Strategic partnership brings CorroHealth’s AI and Santechture’s RCM tech together to drive healthcare innovation across the GCC region.

CorroHealth, a global healthcare technology leader, has made a strategic investment in Santechture, a Dubai-based provider of intelligent revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions and a portfolio company of Gulf Capital. This partnership aims to enhance healthcare operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) by merging CorroHealth’s AI-driven capabilities with Santechture’s advanced RCM technology.

The collaboration builds upon a successful two-year working relationship between the companies, during which they delivered multiple proof-of-concept projects for Santechture’s clients. Their joint presence at the Arab Health reception in January highlighted their shared focus on innovation in AI and RCM.

Santechture, backed by institutional investors Gulf Capital and Shorooq Partners, has experienced rising demand for its tech-driven RCM solutions in the region. This investment will further accelerate its innovation and regional expansion.

Pat Leonard, CEO of CorroHealth, expressed enthusiasm about combining CorroHealth’s tech expertise with a local GCC partner, strengthening financial outcomes for healthcare providers. Anas Batikhi, CEO of Santechture, emphasized their shared mission to lead digital transformation in RCM, focusing on automation and improved revenue performance.

Gulf Capital’s Managing Director, Mohammad Madani, and CorroHealth’s Bilal Mushtaq both highlighted the strategic value of the partnership, describing it as a significant step in delivering intelligent, future-ready solutions to healthcare systems in the GCC and beyond.
