Sharda Care Healthcity has appointed Dr Atampreet Singh as the Senior Director and Head of the Neurology Department, reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional neurological care. A distinguished neurologist with over 20 years of experience in both adult and pediatric neurology, Dr Singh is widely respected for his ability to diagnose and manage complex neurological disorders.

His addition strengthens the hospital’s neurology team and enhances its capability to offer patient-centric care that spans preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services.

Dr Singh has been instrumental in advancing neurological services across the country. His contributions include establishing epilepsy clinics, video EEG monitoring systems, and epilepsy surgery programs. With more than 5,000 epilepsy cases handled and a 70% seizure freedom success rate in 15 surgeries, his track record reflects clinical excellence and innovation.

He has also played a pivotal role in setting up electrophysiology labs and expanding pediatric neurology and epilepsy care in underserved areas, making critical care more accessible.

Prior to joining Sharda Care Healthcity, Dr Singh held the position of Director and Head of the Neurology Department at Fortis Hospital, Greater Noida.
